Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and bespoke jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items purchased during promotional events.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
